Make Independence Possible with BrightStar Care

What You’ll Do:

Assess and evaluate clients’ needs, mobility, and home environment

Develop and implement personalized therapy care plans

Teach clients and caregivers exercises, adaptive strategies, and safe equipment use

Collaborate with the care team to support progress and continuity of care

Provide education, guidance, and encouragement that truly makes a difference

What We’re Looking For:

Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy & active Arizona license

2+ years of OT experience (home health preferred)

Strong communication, teaching, and assessment skills
