At CDT Kids Pediatric Clinic, we are dedicated to providing exceptional occupational therapy services to children in the Gilbert community. **Position Summary:**
The Occupational Therapist will play a crucial role in leading our occupational therapy program, providing guidance and support to our team of dedicated therapists and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our pediatric patients. This role requires a combination of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families.


**Key Responsibilities:**
- Treatment of occupational services, ensuring effective service delivery in line with our clinic's standards and values.
- Provide direct patient care, evaluating and supervising cota who treat children with a variety of needs, including sensory processing disorders, developmental delays, and physical disabilities.
- Mentor and support junior occupational therapists and therapy assistants, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional development.
- Collaborate with other SLP/SLPA professionals and families to develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and professional standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinic policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to raise awareness of pediatric occupational therapy services.

**Qualifications:**
- Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. OR Associates degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist/Assistant in the state of Arizona.
- Minimum of 1 year of pediatric occupational therapy experience
- Exceptional clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics, integrity, and continuous personal and professional development.
