He earned a BA in Deaf Studies, an MS in Occupational Therapy, and a PhD in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Science. Dr. Rider holds dual AOTA board certifications in Gerontology and Physical Rehabilitation and is also an Assistive Technology Professional and American Sign Language interpreter.
