Yoga for Pelvic Health

Yoga for pelvic health guides participants through an experiential yoga practice meant to increase awareness of the pelvic floor musculature. We begin with a focus on abdominal-diaphragmatic breathing as the foundation for pelvic floor relaxation and progress through a series of poses aimed to allow participants to alternatively relax and activate their pelvic floor during movement.
Presented by: Tania Shearon is OT faculty at A. T. Still University. She is certified as a yoga therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
